Walsh, Froma, ed. Spiritual resources in family therapy. New York: Guilford, 1999. Print. This book discusses the benefits of faith and congregational support. If we are to understand what someone is going though and assist in their healing and growth it is crucial that we explore their spiritual beliefs and practices and encourage them to draw on spiritual resources.
Worthington, Jr., Everett L., ed. Handbook of forgiveness. New York: Routledge, 2005. Print. Chapter 6 of this books talks about our anger towards God and how people can become angry toward other people or God when they experience or witness serious injustice, especially when they feel that God hasn't answered their prayers or given them what they have asked.
Clarke, Scott H. "Created in Whole Image? Religious Characters on Network Television." JOURNAL OF MEDIA AND RELIGION 4.3 (2005): 137-53. Print. This article suggests that TV characters' religiosity is not an important consideration for the networks as a whole. However over half of all religious characters were found on the 3 emerging networks, particularly on PAX and the WB. This article discusses the television show "Reba" which we see on WB which is one of the 3 emerging networks.

This article talks about how Christians look at pop culture as something in which they should avoid and not be involved in. In argues however that Christian need to be challenged to be a part of the formation, and critical evaluation of popular culture.
